Presentation

• The CHATAIGNIER is 5Km away from St-Jacques de Compostela, on the border of the leisure of the Mérieux-Ponds.
• It has an area of 200m ² and can accommodate up to 18 people where you can enjoy our garden full of trees and flowers.
• The CHATAIGNIER is in front of the house of the owner, and works with an installation of photovoltaic cells connected to a network.
• Gite de France approved and classified 3 floors.
• Pets not allowed.

Rooms

• At ground floor : Wheelchair access, two -person rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a relaxation area with seats, a fireplace and television.

• On the floor : 2 rooms with 2 people and 2 of 5 people dormitories. Each room has a bathroom and private toilet, 2 washing machines, 1 dryer, baby bed, chair and table, garden and flowers. The lodge is equipped with two washing machines, a dryer. European standards are met.

Seminars

• A furnished conference room and equipped with an overhead projector, which can accommodate a large number of people is at your disposal.
• The seminar room can accommodate 18 people maximum.

• High season Week (4pm Saturday to Saturday 10am) : 1700 € 11151.27 FRS
• Low season Week (4pm Saturday to Saturday 10am) : 1600 € 10495.31 FRS
• Weekend (Friday 6pm Sunday 18h) : 700 € 4591.70 FRS
• Overnight : 18 € / person.
• Sheets : € 8 per person.
